Function:

　　The double-layer glass reactor is double-layer glass design, the inner layer is put into the reaction solvent, which can do stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected with different cold and hot sources (freezing liquid/hot water or hot oil) to do circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under the condition of setting constant temperature, the sealed double-layer glass reactor can stir the reaction under atmospheric pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements, and can carry out the reflux and distillation of reaction solution, which is the ideal pilot plant and production equipment for the synthesis of modern fine chemicals/biopharmaceuticals and new materials.

　　Technical features: overall 304 stainless steel column mobile frame structure, multi-port reaction kettle cover, with reflux, liquid addition, temperature measurement and a full set of glass accessories.

　　Selection of 3.3 high borosilicate glass, with good chemical and physical properties.

　　Ceramic mechanical seal, PTFE connecting parts, maintain high precision sealing under working condition.

　　Pt100 sensing probe, high accuracy of temperature measurement, small error, not easy to break, effectively improve work efficiency.

　　Huan PTFE stirring paddle, suitable for stirring and mixing of low temperature and high viscosity liquid.

　　PTFE top-type kettle bottom discharge valve with movable interface, featuring no dead angle for reaction and quick and thorough discharging.
