Column tube heat exchanger

Glass tube heat exchanger is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, salt chemical, military chemical and related industries, featuring large heat exchange area, high heat exchange rate and reasonable flow. The new technology of PTFE sealing is adopted on the sealing material of glass heat exchanger tube. It improves the reliability of the sealing point of the heat exchanger tube and prolongs the life of the equipment under high-temperature corrosive conditions. It makes the glass tube heat exchanger also used in the field of organic solvents and so on. The material can go through shell or tube respectively, which reduces the resistance of material flow and the pressure loss of the system. When the material takes the shell course, the specially designed vacuum extraction channel (can also be used for emptying), which is more convenient in installation and use. Glass tube heat exchanger is equipped with corresponding support plate to meet the needs of horizontal and vertical installation. The increase in the length of the tubes extends the heat exchange time accordingly. Since the material can pass through the shell course, the material is completely emptied even in horizontal installation. After improving the heat exchange conditions, one heat source (vapour, liquid) or high temperature material can be used to heat another material. According to the user's needs, the use of large diameter to adapt to a variety of process conditions, large diameter multi-channel effectively reduce the material evaporation and flow resistance.

Scope of application

Corrosion resistance including permissible working temperatures on the shell and tube side for all organic and inorganic media (except hydrofluoric acid and fluoride, hot phosphoric acid and concentrated alkalis at high temperatures): ≤150°C
Permissible working pressure on the shell stroke for each type of exchanger:
Allowable working pressure on shell process: 3㎡, 4㎡: ≤0.15MPa;
                    5㎡, 6㎡, 10㎡, 12㎡, 16㎡, 20㎡, 25㎡: ≤0.1MPa;
Allowable working pressure of the pipe range: 3㎡, 4㎡: ≤0.2MPa;
                    5㎡, 6㎡, 10㎡, 12㎡, 16㎡, 20㎡, 25㎡: ≤O.IMPa; and
Pressure difference between shell and pipe side: ≤0.1MPa.
Maximum temperature difference: ≤120℃.

	Tube heat exchangers are characterised by their high heat transfer exchange rate. For heat transfer efficiency, the following data can be used for rough calculations: Liquid-liquid heat exchange k=250-400W/m2K (K=200-350Kcal/m2h℃) Condensation k=SOO-ZOOW/㎡K (K=430-600Kcal/m2h℃)

	Heat exchange inner tube The heat exchange inner tube of any glass heat exchanger inner tube of any glass heat exchanger is a standard diameter glass tubes to ensure the interchangeability.		Folding flow Adopting nylon/perfluorocarbon folding plate, the unique folding system makes the folding plate and inner tube fixed in the heat exchanger stably and evenly, which accelerates the flow rate of the logistics, prolongs the residence time of the materials, and improves the heat exchange rate obviously.
	Teflon flower plate (collector plate) Full PTFE flower plate, can be resistant to various corrosive environments. Seal glass heat exchanger tube sealing material using fluorine rubber ring or all PTFE seal, can adapt to a variety of solvents and high temperature occasions.		Material Channels Adopting large diameter channels to adapt to various process conditions, effectively reducing material evaporation and flow resistance.
	Sealing The sealing material of glass heat exchanger tube adopts fluorine rubber ring or full PTFE sealing material, which can adapt to the use of various solvents and high temperature occasions.		Lifting and support Glass tube exchangers are fitted with appropriate lifting and support bending plates to meet the needs of the installation.
