Product Description

Glass tube heat exchanger is a widely used equipment in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, salt chemical, military chemical and related industries, with the characteristics of large heat exchange area, high heat exchange rate, and reasonable process.

A new technology of PTFE sealing has been adopted on the sealing material of glass heat exchange tubes. Improved the reliability of the sealing points of the heat exchange tubes and extended the lifespan of the equipment under high-temperature corrosion conditions. Glass tube heat exchangers have also been applied in fields such as organic solvents.

Materials can be transported separately through the shell or tube side, reducing material flow resistance and minimizing system pressure loss. When the material passes through the shell process, a vacuum extraction channel is specially designed (which can also be used for venting) to make installation and use more convenient.

The glass tube heat exchanger is equipped with corresponding support plates to meet the needs of horizontal and vertical installation

The increase in tube length correspondingly prolongs the heat exchange time. Due to the fact that materials can pass through the brightness range, they will be completely emptied even when installed horizontally. After improving the heat exchange conditions, various heat sources (steam, liquid) or high-temperature materials can be used to heat another material.

According to user needs, a large diameter is adopted to adapt to various process conditions, and the large diameter multi-channel effectively reduces material evaporation and flow resistance.
