Product Description

Glass heat exchangers are equipment widely used in fine chemicals, food, medicine, leather chemicals and other related industries. They have the characteristics of high corrosion resistance, large heat exchange area, high heat exchange efficiency and reasonable process.

Main advantages of coil heat exchanger:
1. The heat exchange tube is directly welded to the shell, and there is no leakage point between the casing and the tube end.
2. Due to the use of 3.3 high borosilicate glass, it has strong corrosion resistance and will not separate heavy metals and impurities, providing the best environment for manufacturing high-purity products.
3. Flexible assembly, can be "series" or "parallel" to meet the needs of different heat exchange areas

Application scope:
1.Corrosion resistance includes all organic and inorganic media. (Except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and concentrated alkali at dry high temperatures).
2.Maximum allowed operating temperature: 200℃
3.Maximum allowable temperature difference: 120℃ (hot and cold shock)
4.Maximum allowable working pressure (gauge pressure);
5.Normal pressure: 0.1Mpa-0.15Mpa;
6.Negative pressure: 0.1Mpa (can operate under extreme vacuum)
