Product Description

The glass reactor is a double-layer glass design. The reaction solvent is placed in theinner layer, which can be used for stirring reactions. The interlayer can be connected to blocked cold and heat sources (refrigeration liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reactions. Under set constant temperature conditions, the sealed glass reactor can carry out stirring reactions under normal pressure or negative pressure according to usage requirements, and can carry out reflux and distillation of the reaction solution. It is an ideal choice for modern fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new materials. Ideal pilot plant and production equipment for synthesis.

KETTLE SYSTEM

1.The 30L jacketed glass reaction kettle body is made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass.

4.The jacket circulation port adopts DN25 flat port, flange-type stainless steel insulation hose (a glass adapter is required to connect the fluorine hose); the discharge port adopts DN50 flat port, PTFE valve core top type, ￠38MM inclined The discharge port ensures that the reaction has no dead ends and the discharge is complete.

5. The jacket's pressure resistance is ≤0.03MPA, and the kettle body's negative pressure resistance can reach 0.1MPA.

KETTLE COVER SYSTEM
The outer diameter of the 30L cauldron lid is ￠265mm. The glass is made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass. The 5-port multi-function distribution is as follows:
1. The mixing port adopts a flat mouth with an outer diameter of 50, and is equipped with a high-strength single-end silicon carbide PTFE ceramic mechanical seal. It is resistant to high and low temperatures, acid and alkali corrosion, and can ensure high-precision sealing under harsh conditions. It is suitable for stirring.
The 16mm stainless steel core is wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene and the polytetrafluoro mixing paddle is height-adjustable and suitable for mixing a variety of materials.
2. The evaporation port of the distillation port adopts DN80 ball boss and flange connection; customized distillation tower is coated and insulated; the upper end is equipped with an electrically controlled reflux ratio (stepper motor setting speed: 100:100 can be set), and a coil condenser The area is 2 square meters, the lower port is DN50, the upper port is DN25-￠16 exhaust port; the collection bottle is 10L+10L, equipped with a quick discharge valve.
3. The dripping port adopts DN25 ball mouth and is equipped with a 10L dripping tank.
4. The feed port adopts a DN25 flat valve with a glass extended inner core, which can be used for negative pressure feeding.
5. The temperature measurement port adopts DN25 PTFE flat port and is connected to a PT100 fluorine-coated temperature on-site display instrument, which has high accuracy and is easy to observe.
6. The feeding port adopts 95# flat mouth, equipped with PTFE cover and stainless steel gland fixing device.
