Product Description

The glass reactor is a double-layer glass design. The reaction solvent is placed in theinner layer, which can be used for stirring reactions. The interlayer can be connected to blocked cold and heat sources (refrigeration liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reactions. Under set constant temperature conditions, the sealed glass reactor can carry out stirring reactions under normal pressure or negative pressure according to usage requirements, and can carry out reflux and distillation of the reaction solution. It is an ideal choice for modern fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new materials. Ideal pilot plant and production equipment for synthesis.

CHARACTERISTIC

1. All glass in the glass kettle complies with the international standard ISO03578: 3.3 high borosilicate glass is used, which has good physical and chemical properties. The lid of the kettle is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
2. Single-end silicon carbide alloy mechanical seal with reinforced bushing. It is resistant to high and low temperatures and corrosion, ensuring high-precision sealing under harsh conditions. The ￠14mm stainless steel core is wrapped with a polytetrafluoroethylene stirring rod, and the full PTFE double-layer vortex stirring paddle is height-adjustable and suitable for stirring various materials.
3. An optional high-efficiency glass coil condenser can be used to condense and reflux the materials.
4. The discharge valve assembly is fixed with a flange and is equipped with a valve core made of PTFE. There is no dead space between the discharge valve and the bottom seal of the kettle, and the material can be discharged quickly and completely.
5. The temperature measurement uses a stainless steel fluorine-coated temperature sensor and a high-precision ABB first-class resistor.

It adopts a multi-functional speed control box with digital display of temperature and speed, equipped with imported frequency converter for speed regulation, 220V voltage three-phase 180W motor, 0-600 rpm adjustable speed, equipped with 304 stainless steel universal joint, and operates smoothly and smoothly.
