Product Description

Glass falling film evaporator is a vertical tube evaporation equipment used to concentrate solutions. It is mainly composed of glass tube heater, glass cyclone separator, glass coil heat exchanger, connecting pipe fittings and other components. All are made of high borosilicate glass with heat resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent performance. It has the characteristics of large unit area, short solution residence time, high evaporation efficiency, clear transparency, corrosion resistance and low concentration cost. This equipment is mainly used to evaporate non-crystalline solutions such as various acids and bases and organic liquids except hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali and hot phosphoric acid, as well as various colloidal solutions and extracts that cannot be heated for a long time. It is especially suitable for surfaces in the coating industry. During treatment, chromic acid, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate and zincic acid are extracted from wastewater. Orange juice, liver essence, vitamins, etc. in the food industry, concentration of medicinal liquids and extraction of alcohol from wastewater in the pharmaceutical industry, and wastewater treatment in related chemical plants.

CHARACTERISTIC

1.The material liquid rises along the heating chamber, evaporates in the thin film layer at a high speed, is separated by the separator, and is discharged from the bottom of the device after cooling without reflux for solution-free circulation.
