Product Description

The glass exhaust gas absorption device is a laboratory glass instrument for acid-base neutralization. It is mainly used to neutralize corrosive exhaust gases discharged from reactors or other equipment. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries to deal with the absorption and purification of exhaust gas during the production process to ensure that emissions meet standards.
The working principle of the device is based on acid-base neutralization reaction. When the exhaust gas enters the device, it will react with the absorption liquid in the device to remove harmful substances in the exhaust gas. Specifically, the waste gas first enters the round-bottomed flask and passes upward through the absorption column (filled with fillers such as glass Raschig rings) and is absorbed by the absorption liquid. At the same time, after the absorption liquid is pumped from the round-bottomed flask into the shower head through the diaphragm pump, it falls from the top in the opposite direction to the direction in which the exhaust gas passes through the absorption column, thereby more effectively increasing the contact area and contact time between the two, and improving the absorption efficiency.
